With this app you can scan QR Codes on the go, just point the camera to the barcode/QR Code and it's done! Depending on the content of the QR Code the app will automatically present you with suitable options for eg. if it is a contact you can either dial the number, add the contact to your address book etc. similarly if it is a WiFi network you just have to scan the QR Code and click the "Connect to network" button and voila! You're done.

QR Code Utility supports all the de-facto text formats for encoding information in QR Codes both in the scanner and in the QR Code Generator. So in addition to scanning you can also create QR Codes in multiple formats! You don't need to manually enter the text with the syntax to create different kinds of QR Codes, the app does that for you! All you have to do is select the kind of QR Code you want to create (Text, Contact, WiFi, Phone, Geolocation, Website, EMail (2 types) or SMS) fill in the information and hit that create button! This app will also maintain a history of your scanned and created QR Codes.

You can also save the scanned/created QR Codes to your device.

In addition to that, you can also select custom colors for your QR Codes so go ahead and make 'em unique ;)!
